Shelf Life, It's JDM (Yo)
This week life on the diorama shelf is looking very JDM indeed, with some of my recent customs mingling with their mainline cousins.
A lot was going on too, with some spontaneous street races going on whilst the others did what they did best - parked and admired. And with some Hondas, a whole fleet of Nissan Skyline GTR R32s and a host of other JDM classics on display it was definitely a meet I had to photograph!
Godzilla Destroys the Town.
There was that many Nissan Skylines around I felt they deserved their own section, and so without further ado I present to you the one and only GTR R32.
This Treasure Hunt Skyline is one of my favourite mainlines for both its castings and its tampos. I wish I had the Super Treasure Hunt version!
Oh and this is getting a wheel swap shortly 😀
I have also been having a lot of fun with PicsArt - a photo editing app on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, creating some awesome racing effects, among other things.
Tell us what you think in the comments - and if you know of a better editing tool I should try then let me know! *Click on the image to view the full size version*

The Rest of The JDM Diecast Crew.
I could almost leave this post to the R32 but in the interest of some variation and because I have more JDM diecast cars than I care to think about and a diorama shelf they can access...
The Gang's all here - and although they are all wearing sweet watanabe or TE37 style wheels already it looks like the Work Wheels delivery caddy has come with some new Work Meisters for everyone...
The Scion FR-S/Toyota GT86 and the Nissan Skyline GTR34
They've made an appearance individually but it seems these two recent WSO (wheel swap only) customs were itching to show off their new shoes to their JDM mates :p
Hondas, Hakos, and Hellasweet Cars
There are waaay too many different JDM diecast cars at this meet up to all sorts, so in the interest of saving your index finger from endless scrolling please enjoy the rest of the shots in the following slideshow.
*That stunning Evo III will appear again in the upcoming Evo Tribute post I am putting together, because Evo.
