Welcome to the sixteenth installment of My Your Custom Hotwheels – Episode 16, Jun 17th, 2018.
Every month (give or take) I showcase the finest customs I find around Facebook and Instagram, collating them all into one article so you can get your monthly fix of custom hot wheels and diecast car porn all in one place. This isn’t about My Custom Hotwheels, it’s about Yours
*Remember to hashtag #MyCustomHotwheels for a chance to be featured
Your Custom Hot Wheels Episode 16
This episode of Your Custom Hotwheels is 100% Instagram sourced and relied on a combination of the #mycustomhotwheels hashtag and the #customhotwheels hashtag. I also paid a visit to some old friends (read: talented customisers) to see what they were up to and well, let’s just say you’ll be glad I did.
As well as featuring exclusive content from instagram there is also a strong focus on handpainted customs – with some familiar faces [continuing to up the game] being joined by some new faces who seem to doing a damn good job of keeping up! Then of course you have Pisut Masanong, a customiser as talented as he is humble, and one who’s skills put us all to shame yet provides us with endless motivation and inspiration. #thankyoupisut
Let’s kick things off with some of the aforementioned hand painted masterpieces and move on to the usual ‘these customs are in no particular order’ system that we usually adopt around here 😀
The following custom from @evilsoniczcuztom is included here because that badass camouflage is some of the best hand painted camo I’ve seen! #respect
And of course the one and only @Masanong doesn’t know how to use waterslide decals (we’ll just tell ourselves that to feel better shall we :p ) and as such is forced to hand paint all the livery you see below…. I’ll just give that a moment to sink in (Hot top: It won’t – you’ll ever stop shaking your head in amazement)
*When you learn that Pisut is a world renowned nail artist and you see him paint a photo quality picture of Morgan Freeman on a fake nail it all starts to make a little more sense. Little more info for those playing along at home – the blue beast you see below is a perfect (and I mean damn near perfect) copy of the real life hako wagon thingy driven by Shingo aka @Decepcionez – go check it out if you haven’t already.
OK so that last one has no livery painted on it what-so-ever. Do you care? Yeah didn’t think you would :p
And now on with the rest of the show – featuring the best custom creations and 1:64 scale builds found on Instagram in the last week or two.

Sometimes you don’t even need to customise the thing for it to make the pages. Great photo brother!

@Fiddles_with_wheels …. I promise it says wheels!!!!
Some amazing stuff coming out of Joel’s head, errr I mean @diecast_dxb’s Garage …
Not to mention the incredible creations coming from @evilsoniczcuztom (who brought us the hand painted camouflage 510 earlier)
Well there you have it folks, over 110 images of badass customs from over 30 highly talented customisers – and 1 Pisut. Stay tuned for the next episode of Your Custom Hotwheels – which I believe is going to be another Diorama Battle.
